Check the Hygiene Seal
Ensure the golden hygiene security seal remains intact and the hair has not been removed from the main backing card, as opened products cannot be returned for health reasons.
Fill Out the Returns Form
Complete the returns form included in your original package, clearly stating whether you would like a full refund or a color exchange for a different shade.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your extensions in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include your completed returns form inside the parcel.

Send your package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery; once received, our team will process your request within 5 working days.
