Can I use heat styling tools on my extensions?
Yes, because our extensions are made from 100% Remy human hair, you can use straighteners, curling irons, and blow dryers. We recommend using a heat protectant spray and keeping the temperature below 180°C to maintain longevity.
How long do Cliphair extensions typically last?
With proper care, our Remy Royale range can last 6 to 12 months, while our standard Remy hair typically lasts 3 to 6 months depending on how often they are worn and washed.
What is your return policy if the color isn't a match?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You can return your extensions for an exchange or refund as long as the security seal is intact and the hair hasn't been removed from the main cardboard backing.
How long does shipping take?
We offer Next Day Delivery within the UK if ordered before 4 PM. International shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
Can I wash my hair extensions?
Absolutely. We recommend washing them every 10-15 wears using sulfate-free and paraben-free shampoo and conditioner to prevent the hair from drying out.
